EDUCATOR &
POSTPARTUM DOULA

WORK WITH ME

Traditional Postpartum Care Practices from around the world all have similarities because they are all based on the physiological needs of women’s bodies in order to heal.

I provide Holistic Postpartum Care that centres human physiologic design for optimal healing and connection.

I specialise in bringing people together to plan for Postpartum in a way that meets the needs of each individual family whilst honouring Mother and baby connection.

What I Do

  • IN HOME POSTPARTUM CARE SESSIONS

I provide in person, bespoke Postpartum Care Packages.

These sessions can be one off or part of and extended care plan. They are individually tailored to meet the needs of new parents or can provide support for Mothers at any point of the child bearing continuum, from immediate postpartum to years after baby. It’s never too late to gift yourself the postpartum care session you wish you would have had.

  • Planning for the Fourth Trimester Workshop

This Innate Traditions Planning for the Fourth Trimester workshop series is a way for families to come together and prepare for the fourth trimester.

This two day workshop provides an in depth education on the specific needs of Mothers, babies (and Fathers) in the early postpartum. It draws from traditional cross cultural postpartum care practices and provides space and time for information and planning to be integrated and implemented together with your support people before baby arrives.

  • The Regenerative Kitchen Ōtautahi

An in person, interactive workshop that centres Food as Wealth.

The kitchen is the engine room of the home. It is also where a significant portion of our resources are spent.

How well is your kitchen running?

Are you defaulting to take aways more often than you would like?

Do you have enough food for your family to eat if supermarkets are suddenly not an option?

This course provides practical tools for running your kitchen efficiently in terms of time and money spent, whilst simultaneously creating food resiliency and health. It aims to reduce overwhelm and improve the quality of meals for your family.
