Postpartum Care is a radical investment in your health and wellbeing. Regulated and emotionally supported Mothers bring forth regulated and emotionally resilient children.
Together, we are shifting the common experience of Postpartum to a time of deep rest, nourishment and recovery.
I provide bespoke, in-home Postpartum Care that is deeply rooted in human physiology, in that it honours the blueprint of our natural design.
My care centres the needs of Mothers and Babies and creates a system of support within the existing family structure. I specialise in embedding simple and inexpensive care practices into the rhythm of your family that is specific to the physiological needs of mothers and babies.
What you can typically expect from a Postpartum Care session with me:
Detailed, attentive care and witnessing
Birth experience debrief
Body work
Food packages and/or prep
Breast feeding support
Sweet treats
Herbal support
Homeopathic suggestions/energetic support
Sleep support/strategies
Family support
Ceremony/closing of the bones/deep counsel
My services are available to Christchurch City (includes travel) and wider Mid Canterbury (travel expenses exclusive).
How to work with me:
I offer a free connection call. It’s a chance for us to chat. Getting the right fit is important. If I am the Doula for you, book a Planning Session. These are important as it gets the client intake forms and initial planning done so as to make the most of our time during care session(s).
I offer extended care packages of 3 sessions (save $150), 6 sessions (save $300) and 9 sessions (save $450). Or you are welcome to book a one off session.
I work with Mothers at any stage of their Postpartum be it in the first 6 weeks or 10 years since. This includes pregnancy loss or intentional release. Postpartum is forever and all Mothers deserve attentive care and the healing that comes from being witnessed and supported.

A one day interactive workshop that centres food as wealth. Eating nutrient dense, locally sourced food is the easiest way to foster excellent health. Consistently feeding your family simple but good food creates not just nourishment but a connection to your environment and a sense of safety and ease in the nervous system. When you get the basics right for your family now, you also provide a template for health and wellbeing for the generations to come.
Modern living can feel really hectic. We often make poor food choices when we are stressed and too exhausted to cook. This workshop is a reframe that builds in readily available, healthy food options that are to-hand in those times when it all just feels too hard.
I provide workable strategies and tools to ease the mental load of cooking good food for yourself and your family whilst setting up a system that allows food security to become more embedded into your home.
My approach to food prep is pared back, seasonal and simple. Easy, quick and not complicated is the best approach when feeding families.
